⋆ You get 2 free revisions past the sketching phase. (This excludes colour adjustments).
⋆ Revisions past the 2 free revisions will incur an additional varying fee depending on the request (€5+), colour adjustments are still free.
⋆ Let me know if you have any hard deadlines so I can prioritise the workload appropriately, otherwise I will provide an estimated time.
⋆ Depending on my workload, the average time is 2 weeks to a month.
⋆ If, for my personal reasons, I am unable to deliver a finished product by the due date you will be getting an appropriate refund if requested.
⋆ Delivery will be through wherever you contacted me on.
⋆ Do not misuse my commissions.
⋆ Please make sure you indicate what you would like to use the art for correctly.
⋆ I am open to work on merchandise or commercial art, please just let me know beforehand.
⋆ Do NOT use my art for AI or NFT purposes.
⋆ Resale is not allowed.
⋆ My art and services cannot be copyrighted by anyone other than myself.
⋆ I am allowed to use the art to promote myself within my portfolio or any place/website.
⋆ I can stream the process on Twitch unless otherwise agreed.
⋆ Claiming the work as your own is strictly prohibited.
⋆ Reproduction, redistribution, and derivatives of my work are strictly prohibited.
⋆ Editing or altering my work is prohibited unless explicit consent from me has been given.
⋆ Full refunds available provided I did not start on the commission.
⋆ Once the sketching phase is complete, you're entitled to a 75% refund (if 100% paid upfront; otherwise 25% if paid in halves).
⋆ No refunds during the lineart phase onwards.
⋆ For Skeb/Gacha-like (get-what-you-get) commissions refunds are only available as long as I haven't started the work.
⋆ I will reach out during every new stage or big change in the piece.
⋆ You're obviously free to reach out to me for an update whenever.
⋆ Communication will be mainly through wherever I've been commissioned from unless otherwise agreed.
⋆ For get-what-you-get commissions I will only be reaching out once I am done with the commission, you are free to ask about updates whenever.
